Typically, our SYSTEM INTEGRATION services are requested to help convey the product through the packaging process.  How does this work?

ICON will design the control system integration, build the control panel internally.  Our process includes the electrical engineering design, CAD drawings, programming, electrical installation and startup support. Using state-of-the art control systems, our system integration process takes “islands of automation,” and transforms them into a cohesive unit. ICON’s system integration process will ultimately increase client safety, efficiency, and profitability.

We can also serve the packaging line equipment with machine control upgrades to pieces already in place. These pieces can include scales, baggers, wrappers, cartoners, and palletizers, to name a few. Why are upgrades necessary? Here are some reasons:

  • Increase profitability by increasing throughout and reducing machine downtime.
  • Enhanced safety when equipment is upgraded to the most relevant industrial controls technology.
